At Lebanon Roasting Shop, we understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind after placing an order. This policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.

1. Order Cancellations

· Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

· To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at Sales@lebanonroastingshop.com or +971 56 4200048 with your order number.

2. Processed or Shipped Orders

· Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

· You may still be eligible for a refund if the product is defective or damaged (see Refund & Return Policy).

3. Special Orders

· Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

· Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
